About Dejan Romih 

He has attended photography workshops by renowned photographers such as Iztok Bončina and hosted several photography exhibitions of his own creative photography. In 2020 and 2022, two of his photographs were awarded in the photography contest “Pogled”. Through photography, he strives to showcase the beautiful and calm scenes from natural and street environments.

Besides commercial work, Dejan Romih has been involved in creative projects such as his photo book and other documentary endeavors, exploring both scenes with people and without. He is interested in portraying photographic scenes in an authentic and interesting way through his own creative vision as an artist.

Event Description

Join us for the "Introductory Photography Workshop by Dejan Romih," an immersive experience designed for both beginners and enthusiasts eager to elevate their photography skills. Dejan Romih, a passionate freelance photographer based in Slovenia and Belgium, will lead the workshop, sharing his extensive knowledge gained from years of commercial and creative work with musicians, businesses, and various artistic projects.

Over the course of two days, participants will delve deep into the essentials of photographic composition. Dejan will guide you through the theoretical aspects, helping you understand the principles that make a great photograph. Following the theory sessions, you will practice these disciplines in a controlled environment, allowing you to apply what you've learned under Dejan's expert supervision.

Equipment

A few professional cameras will be provided as well as a backdrop for portraits and studio lights.

But feel free to bring your own equipment that you feel most comfortable with.

Day 1:

11:00 - 13:00: Theory Session

Delve into the fundamentals of photography, including camera settings, composition techniques, and lighting.

13:00 - 14:00: Break

14:00 - 16:00: Practical Session

Day 2:

11:00 - 14:00  Continuation of practical exercises and an in-depth exploration of creative photography techniques.
